Prevention of Hypothermia in Newborns in India

Details

We are developing an affordable, non-invasive neonatal temperature monitoring wearable band designed to intuitively alert a mother in case of hypothermia in her baby. The band aims to reduce incidence rates of hypothermia, hypoglycemia, and late-detected infection in low-income populations. We are looking for a partner site/organization in INDIA to do a number of studies monitoring neonatal temperatures, and monitoring the effectiveness of our band particularly in low-income settings. Our studies are currently being developed but will culminate in a large multi-center randomized control trial.

Inclusion Criteria
